Hmmm, well you've probably noticed I've been writing more erotica as of late. Blame it on all the challenges I've been taking.

Haven't seen anything from kink_bingo but springkink has put out an enormous flow of fiction in the last three days (and it lasts all month). What I'm finding odd is in a community with that name and this tag line I could bring you so much pleasure... that so many of the prompts are being met with PG and G fiction. I just sit there blinking slowly. Um... it never occured to me that we even could answer a prompt with anything lower than an R rating. It just strikes me so odd.

Oh and the community has taught me something else, even though I know a LOT of manga/anime I still have a lot to learn. I haven't heard of half of them. I'm also slow-blinking at how many people want to see the Transformers getting it on... It's definitely an interesting and fun community.

You know, I've noticed that despite the name Spring Kink, there are a lot of prompts there that can go a far less kinky route. I don't think any of mine will be less then PG-13 though. Honestly, some of my favorite SK fics from last round were fics where the smut was implied.

As for Transformers...*snort*...I had never seen Transformers FanFiction until I joined SK a couple rounds ago and then I was just like OMG Transformers SLASH FTW? lol Interesting indeed.

the non erotica 'kinks' have been fun, I'll admit. It just took me by surprise. I'm always afraid on these challenges if i just 'imply' the smut i'll disappoint someone. though a couple of mine are not tremendously smutty (though the Fruits Basket one was utterly ignored. ah well)
