The weather is hot but clear so far. We did get some rain early this morning.

I cooked hamburgers and then we played poker (I came in second and won my $5 back). We've had friends in the house pretty much all week, so we just hung out at the house.

EE... I was going to go watch some in West Carrollton, but once again it was raining and freakishly cold. *rolls eyes* Really annoying. If it had been a normal temp and raining I probably still would have gone. But not freaking 66° out and spizzle out. Yuck. Levees were probably too wet and muddy to sit down. I stayed home.

That ani with the neato flag firework is pretty cool. I'd like to see that in real life. I hear the works were at a premium this year too, becuase of that huge ass fire in China that took out like 20 fireworks warehouses... and then China decided to shut down trade in fireworks just when every American in the world wanted to buy them. Brillian that. *snort*
