I like how my days off are usually busier than the ones where i work.

Called AFLAC to find out why they refused nearly ALL my spendflex claims. Want to watch me bite the freaking skull off some moron? This is why I can't achieve enlightenment, idiots piss me off too much. You submitted a claim for Gain ma'am. No, I most assuredly didn't. Yes you did. Buddy have you EVER seen laundry soap cost as much as that claim? If it did, we'd all be stinky. Having a reciept from a doctor isn't enough. I have to have their special forms...(funny since in three years I've never needed these)

Called the vet to plead insanity when i made the early morning sat. appt to take in Roy (he has an infected ear. i swear he really IS Iktomi's reincarnation) I have little choice since she's mostly not available when I am. I told them to expect an early morning cancellation. Roy goes outside. He may not be back.

Went to the bank since we were bought out and I wanted to see if they a) had better deals than the one I have (they didn't) and b) billpay (which they did) and was less than impressed with the branch assistant who acted like it was such a huge freaking deal to have to actually help me. Apparently she's being paid to sit on her fat ass.

Went to do laundry. Went to the library. Found both Ouran High School Host Club #10 and Fruits Basket #19

Went to the grocery store since I had a big coupon that was expiring. You do NOT want to be behind me at the grocery store. Between my Krogers Plus card and my coupons I had FIFTY dollars worth of savings (Yeah I'm the one with the fist full of coupons)

went to Guhl's outlet. I need to take rain_oubliette here if she comes back to Gallipolis (okay it's in Jackson but still). didn't find what I wanted, wood chips to weigh down the anti=weed matting. The speedway had them but no prices on them and they were all ripped up so I passed.

Went to the recycle bin, thought about looking for woodchips in Wally world but it was too packed.

Came home, transfered more files for hours. I THINK i'm done with that so I can do the final transfer of the internet over to Alphonse and retire poor Connor. Speaking of computers, Powerpoint 2003 always froze up on my work computer. Every day. No one could find out why. they updated to 2007. STILL freezes my computer. Every day. Three times yesterday. I know it's a piece of crap Dell but really?

tried to work in the garden but it hit 85+ today. My lungs were like OMG this freaking sucks. Get into the a/c you idiot. I'm going to be waiting for a full moon night to do it at this rate.

I've been reading The Backdoor to Enlightenment and thought this was very good. "Once fear seeps into our life, it rots us from the inside." It goes on to list symptoms and I see them in my life and in the life of my friends. You're in a bad relationship but you stay. You hate your job but you don't apply for new jobs even when they're in front of you. You're tire of being alone but you don't do anything about it.

I'm tired of rotting. So, I'm off to go wink at that cute guy on Match. Maybe he'll turn me down but I'm sure to get nowhere if I'm too afraid to take a chance.

It took me a while to get into Ouran too (I'm glad it was free at the library as well) Oh tell me about it. So many manga put up a character listing and don't need to. Ouran has a million characters and doesn't. Oddly i like the darker aspects of Ouran most.

My problem with Fruits is I don't like Tohru. At all. Not even a little. I love Kyo and Haru though

i've never seen the anime. I think they're doing a new release. Half the crew from FMA and Saiyuki will be doing hte voices.

OoOers, a new release!?!?! I can't wait. I used to love making fun of Tamaki but then he grew on me so much I absolutely love him. I liked Kyouya from the beguinning. I only cared for one of the twins, and I forget their names now darnit. yeah, it's scarey when you can tell them apart.

Seriously? you SAVED $50? I can't even SPEND $50 at the grocery. How much did you SPEND that you could save that much money? O_o hahaha... Well I might occasionally spend $50, but that's when I haven't been all month and am out of everything in the world.

Connor is going to my uncle whose computer is so old that it's not even an XP. He only uses it to go online with and Connor is fine for that. It's his other bits that are dying.

Seriously I saved that much. Diabetic food is freaking expensive. Eliminating carbs seems to mean you want to spend an ungodly amount of money. Those diabetic drink shakes are 10$ a six pack but then again if I went to lunch at McDeath six days a week it would be more than that and those make up my breakfast every day and often my lunch too

But yeah this was the once a month monster shopping trip (where in I learn that frozen pizzas are more than buying a fresh one in most cases so why in the world would i do that if I wanted to pretend i'm not eating healthy for a day)

I'm having a problem with my onboard computer here. *Reboots brain* no... that didn't fix the problem. if you're buying pizza's your not pretending your not eating healthy. you're NOT eating healthy. Pizza is not healthy... I know this... I have 22 uh... *counts again* 24 years of experience in Pizza. It's carb loaded... we won't even talk about fat hahahaha... It's diabolical!

When I was an Atkins gurl (which I was until I discovered recently that perimenopause whacks Atkins for women so it doesn't work very well at all, other than to be frustrating) I bought more meat, but I also ate less in general, so it balanced out. Though I must say that in my food budget is eating out once a week with my daughter. (I save my change so that we can do this... and we don't eat fast food during the week. I pack my lunch every day.)

(cut much whining about the stupid economy and how much better I was doing finanially [in the same job] 8 years ago than I am now.)
