Fringe Okay I didn't hate it like half my list nor did I love it like the other half. I thought it was all right. Nothing to write home about but certainly not the worst thing on TV. The actress is a touch stiff. This has a strong X-Files vibe but not the chemistry of Scully and Mulder by a long shot

Heroes I have to agree with rahirah, these characters are getting majorly STUPID! Okay Hiro and Mohinder were always naive in S1 but now they're both outrightly stupidly.

Mohinder must be book smart because he's got nothing else going on. Now I DO believe he wouldn't destroy that solution and that he would use it. Scientists will do that. However I'd like to think they'd run tests first. In Mohinder's weak defense, comic books are stocked with this form of idiocy. I'm looking at you Bruce Banner. And just look Mohinder you're going all Hulk on us. Frankly Maya NOT picking up on the insanely over the top alpha male vibe from Mohinder and running for her life just goes to show she ain't that bright. He was downright creepy.

However, I say Mohinder is never given another shirt...ever. Unless he goes all green and slimey. He can just stand there and shut up and look lickable.

Hiro...um really, maybe yuo acting like an ASS to Ando is why he betrays you.I had huge problems with this storyline. HUGE. How did Speedy know Hiro would open that safe at that exact moment? If Hiro had her stopped however briefly why didn't he just grab the damn formula and why was he unable to freeze her again and why was he playing games with her? THis made zero sense.

The whole Petrelli family can die now. Seriously. Nathan's religious turn will wear thin in a heart beat. The two Peters (ha, is twelve) is just so unnecessary and the fact that all three brothers can keep picking up talents is going to write them into a hole. They're too powerful. And Claire just gets more whiney and selfish as she goes. Did she give ONE MOMENT'S thought to the psychological impact of hitting her with a train would do to the conductor?

NOOOOO not another Nikki with another power. WHy are all the women in this crazy?

Sigh. I loved these characters.I'm having a really hard time with this. The villians are the only thing interesting me right now and even they're a rip off of the X-Men villians. I think the real problem here is the storyline has become so ballooning and convoluted they can't rein it in. It used to be so simple, save the cheerleader, save the world. All this time travel, 1001 substories etc is just killing it

NCIS predictable. it took Leon saying why he pulled the team apart for me to guess Lee was the traitor and that she would temporarily get away. that said, I enjoyed it. I am SO glad the team won't be apart for long.

Criminal Minds Since I had no idea who the woman was or the whole plot. I predicted every moment of this one.I mean it wasn't bad but still

The Mentalist It's Psych without the humor. Basic plot, Our Hero is a consultant to the police force with a special interest in catching a serial killer who took out his wife and child. He's Sherlock Holmes, he sees all the details. It wasn't horrible but man, he's a smug bastard. I'd rather see Shawn and Gus do what this guy did with humor instead of his sense of self satisifcation

Knightrider No lie. Brain cells. Okay i KNEW it would be bad but not this bad. The actors are oh so pretty, and oh so bad. No one can act. Everyone is WAY too young to be in positions of this much power. They're there to look nice. ValKilmer? Poor you buddy. I was bleeding from my eyes and ears by the end of the hour.

OMG I'm in RAPTURE, my jazz heritage and musical heritage clubs are selling ONE DOLLAR world music cd's and not the same ones (in spite of the clubs being run by the same place) kiss my wallet goodbye

I think the real problem with Heroes is that Tim Kring is not now nor ever was a comic book fan, thus he doesn't realize he's doing all the lame, cliched plots that have already been done in EVERY COMIC IN EXISTENCE. He must think it's all fresh, new, and "wow!"

Um... not so much. :-P (And, yes, the characters are all behaving stupidly. I wonder if he also wrote for soaps.)

And seriously, what's up with the Petrelli brothers being so touchy feely? I mean, I know they're Italian, but come on, even Italians don't do that much forehead kissing. Sheesh.

Maya is dumb but very, very pretty. Oh and Nathan seeing Linderman but nobody else? Totally Gaius Baltar all over again, including the whole religious obsession. Weird.

Yeah. I'm more curious about how the enemies will go then the good guys will go on Heroes. If The German starts acting like Magneto...I may just have to switch it off. I was hoping for some interesting powers (so cool if the did Alchemy or the sort) instead of ones that eveyone already knows. And the Nikki I forgot about. It really bugged me. I thought maybe the other part of her split personality took over or something. If they pull the whole 'a twin!' thing, I wouldn't be surprised.

NCIS was good but it bugged the hell out of me. What happened to Gibb's gut instinct? Did he know Lee was the spy and let her go or was he oblivious? Honestly, he's always had that hunch and it just seems to have disappeared when Madam Director died. :\

I like Fringe. So far, at least. It's so different from anything else that's on - and it doesn't take itself too seriously (like "Criminal Minds" which blows). And I love the scientist dad - He really cracks me up. The father and son are my fav characters thus far.

And they have a NEW Knight Rider?? Like the first one wasn't dumb enough? Geeeez.

I think the acting in fringe leaves a lot to be desired but it's not that bad.

It looks like next week's NCIS might be fun - with Tony on the ship. Question for you - in the second act of the show, the mix of sound was off for me. I could hear all the background noises and the sound track but not the people talking. I was wondering if that was something with my TV or if the sound mixers actually screwed the pooch on the season premiere of their show?

I was watching Leno last night and was cringing because KR is already the butt of late night jokes. *sigh* I actually had really low expectations so I actual think they improved things from the 2 hour pilot they showed in Feb. There were things I liked about it but I don't think it's long for this TV season.

Yes, poor KR. I didn't have issues with the acting like you did. I thought that Mike, Sarah, and Graiman were okay. I can't really think of things in particular that I liked, other than to say that it has a certain charm. Admittedlly though, I was watching it not expecting much at all so anything entertaining was better than expected. I wasn't expecting deep, thinky show. I think that basically, I'm watching it with rose colored nostalgic glasses so that's why I kind of like it. I think it's supposed to be a show for kids, it's just that the writers and producers haven't figured that out yet.
