Woke up with my bad hand clenched so tight the pain was radiating up my arm. Good morning to me too. I don't remember the stress dream but obviously it was there.

Had to take Kyo back to the vet. he's not improving much. Sigh. The vet was disappointed. Tried a few more things.

Yikes! I don't suppose something mild like valerian root helps you to relax? When I'm stressed, my problem is usually insomnia, although when I was a kid I used to have dreams about being strangled and trying to scream, and I'd wake up with a sore throat. (That's why I make sure anything I wear to bed isn't tight around my neck.)

Poor Kyo! I hope the vet finds something to help him soon. It's upsetting when the little furry fellas are ill.

nah none of that stuff has ever worked. It'll pass when PMS does

right now he's staring at me and asking why can't he sit with me (You're blowing snot on everything, that's why)
