Well you have to admit the blook sounds more like what you were describing anyway, slow moving syrupy red stuff. hee. I trust that once it was in the vial it's viscosity appeared to be normal and not syrupy. *snort* if not that might be why you haven't been feeling so well. imagine having syrupy blook.
