I think for the how many hours do you spend writing fanfiction question they should have had an option that read:

I love fandom surveys that ask you if you've ever read fanfiction, so you say, "Yes" 'cause you read it once, and then you have to proceed to type "N/A" on all the other questions (if they allow it) because it's not really a part of your fandom life to read fanfic.

Hmmm. I don't know that I fit her profile. I read Webcomics and chat with friends on LJ, but I don't do my fannish reading online. I've stayed away from online games because I think I'd sink too much time into them and because it's only been in the last couple of years that I've acquired a cable modem and faster access.

I think it would be an interesting study, though.

there are reasons for the repeats though yes, sometimes they repeated a little often

that's the problem with survey based research, the surveys tend to be long to get reliable information
