the news last night said mild storms...dudes, you totally underestimated it. I was practically shook from bed this morning by the severit of the thunder. The wind sheers were nightmarish then tonight i had to let the class go early because of tornado force winds...how exciting.

two more days then vacation!

Last night I slipped getting into the tub, either my hand slipped as I was lowering myself or my knee gave, either way I wracked my shoulder bad. I didn't think much of it last night. I got out and typed. Today I can hardly move. Better call my massage therapist. OUCH. ribs hurt, back, arm is numb. bah. stupid me

needs to go find my title. trying to sell car next week


ETA this is scary I've been pressuring mom to sign up for the water aerobics here since it's like 15 miles from home (and yes the closest place TO exercise) and it's women only...

Massage therapy is very good. Owie. Why does it always seem to hurt the next day? Lactic acid buildup or something?
