I love Irish Wolfhounds but I've never lived any place with enough room for one. And I have so little imagination, that should I ever own a Wheaton Terrier, I'd have to name him Will. LOL

The "cairn" terriers are actually Irish Terriers. Cairn Terrier is what Dorothy brought to Oz. :) *dog snob, that's me*

that's what ELD said too. They might have been sitting in the wrong tent since that's what it said. I thought they were smaller too but i don't like terriers and didn't pay them much mind. I o nly took the pics for ELD. All I wanted was the Irish Setters (we used to have the dumb beasts) and Irish Wolfhounds

I had a friend in college whose family raised Irish wolfhounds -- they didn't trim them, though, so Guiness (the biggest of them) sort of looked like a moving mountain of fur...
