1) you're spending even MORE time online pissing around and not writing than normal

2) you won't use a hyphen because then it will count as one word. You can always put those in later

3) at least one character will have two first names

4) ditto place names, and occasionally three just to pad that word count

I didn't go to the Nano meet up.It's raining hard. It's hard to park in Athens and I didn't like my chances of not killing myself hobbling around with a cane. I wish I didn't have to miss the meetings all the time. ah well.

still nauseous today but at least i got a few more bits of my meal in me before my entire GI tract went into a spasm. bah.

I don't leave the hyphens out, I just add a space between the hyphen and the second word. Life has been much easier since I figured out that the NaNo 'bot counter counted hyphenated words as one word. I figure I wrote two words, and I want credit for both those words, dammit.
