Anyone remember the Common Good of Life my fic where Connor takes the badly injured Angel and Spike to the Cleveland Hellmouth so Buffy et al can help them after the final battle? This fic is the prequel to that which is now a series. So I bring you the first in the Burrs and Brambles of Life series, The Living Years which is almost a song fic (or is but I hate saying that since it has SUCH a bad connotation and I don't think this is a bad fic at all) Connor pov.
