Just as I contemplate a life without cats, I hear the neighbor kids shrieking. Yeah, cats ain't so bad.

I got my novella out the door and I changed the name. I decided the first name was a little too on point. I changed it to The Darkest Midnight in December.

My therapist sent all day today just functioning as a massage therapist trying to make the knots in my subscapularis, teres minor, trapezius and deltoid let go. We didn't get them all. I am in so much freaking pain. I'm also very tired as the road noise was bad and I had to finally give in and shut the windows. WAAH.

I have this tomato that looks pretty. It's green and leafy. It has a massive stout stalk. It's totally barren. Should have known better than to buy a tomato called Bradley.

I LOVE your therapist! Can I borrow them for a back in pain?? My poor cousin had to pause quite a bit today, in showing me around, just so I could sit down for a few minutes to relieve the spasming. "Does this happen with just one pair of shoes?" "Hell Liz...this happens even when I'm BAREFOOT! Has nothing to do with shoes."

Your cats..I swear. Makes my cousin's household cat actually rather sane. Although I swear he has to be half dog....goes out...stays out all day and hunts. comes in...then demands to go right back out again. In...out...in...oh wait there's something outside he must investigate. In...out...then way after dark POUNDS on the upstairs window so cousin in law has to get up, put on a robe and come downstairs to let him in. And he actually makes MORE noise than Ishte's cat!

Roy reminds me of when Dickens was a kitten and wanted attention when I was on the phone. He would deliberately scratch at the carpeting, then when I yelled at him he would scratch on his condo and give me a Look to let me know he realized full well where he should be scratching. Little brat.

Hon are you drinking enough water after massage? My boss recommends an ounce per pound of body weight daily (even without massage). Massage releases toxins and you need enough water to flush them out.

mine never do. I always retighten. it blows
