My internet is out AGAIN. And again they are NOT answering my phone calls.

AND my student loans are still not fixed. Gah.

I may just go into my office to answer emails but as it is I'm going to be late to the farmer's market because of the detour to the library to tell everyone I'm offline until the forseeable future.

they are. they're a tiny organization. Like I keep telling them, I don't care if I have to wait but TELL me that. Don't ignore my phone calls or I'll make a pest of myself

That's good. It would be nice if companies big & small call to let you know they can't come like they said they would or you need to wait for someone to be available to come, or even call back promptly when you call.
