mundane things

remembered to price auto insurance. When I moved to FL, my auto insurance said NO WAY, we won't insure FL drivers so I ended up with the Gecko. Personally I found them to be expensive. I did a little online quote gathering and unless there's a catch Progressive (for the same coverage naturally) is 400$/year cheaper. I don't know if they're any good, then again I don't know if the Gecko is either.
After talking about house buying at the lake,
evil_little_dog's search and showing mom homes I'd buy if I stayed here, I took her advice and looked them up at the realtors. Never found 'my' house because I gave up in fear. This is a tiny town with nothing in it in the middle of nowhere, 60-100 miles from everything and for homes with the SAME square footage as my apartment and not that much land they wanted 130K+. For two bedrooms I'm in a quarter of a million dollar range. The houses I was look at much be 300K+
