Blue Moon

Yep, there's a blue moon tonight. I'm going to go stare at it. Not that it looks any different than any other full moon but its relatively rare so why not geek out in front of it.

i registered with the diabetic support group that my insurance has been pushing (i get my supplies free now). Spent an hour talking to the nurse who seemed horrified how high my sugar is in spite of all the stuff I AM doing and was baffled at the sudden spike in it (She was very much in favor of me going to the research hospital) and then wanted to make sure i got some glucose tablets in case it went too low, my sugar that is.

Oddly enough, after being so high, today I started feeling weird in the tub. barely was able to climb out of it. My sugar had suddenly fallen to 70. Strange since I had had pasta (a no-no really) for dinner. Probably i can blame the ovaries for this. Two full moons this month apparantly equals two moon cycles, thank you uterus. The one good thing about hitting 40, is that soon you shall have had your run and creep off and rust.
