The Christmas Haul

Speaking ofevil_little_dog she got me a gorgeous Saiyuki calender (though apparently hanging it up wasn't a priority for the makers...or should i say I'm meant to rip the pages off after they're done. Must jury rig a different method). She added some spices, dried fruits and chocolate covered ginger to the mix.
scarlettehawk sent me things to entertain with, wine glasses, an appetizer tray and candle dishes. My friend Flippy went with a coffee/chocolate theme with coffees, sipping chocolate and candies with the two flavors, even a mocha scented soap. Whee. And I've already mentioned the Australian hallmark kylie1403 sent.
My brother and SiL got me tons of manga, a goo goo doll best of cd and a mug that says 'I see dumb people' for the office. And well Italians trying to outdo each other? Let's just say it was obscene how many gifts I got. Highlights include the microfiber sheets, a coffee maker, clothing galore and some really expensive thing that's slipping my mind. The prime rib we made for dinner, all 8 pounds completely disappeared at an ave. of 1 pound per person.
Christmas Day we went over to the lucky uncle's for dinner, did more gift giving (there'll be even more on friday). He has a pin ball machine and air hockey so yay for fun.
Last night mom and I went belatedly for her birthday to the casino. I wasn't doing too hot but hit for 100$ on the dollar machine. The lucky uncle won 2500$. (should have mugged him).
Parents are calling me to lunch. More later including pictures.
