Right now air is about the only thing falling through my net. Today should be a perfect writing day. I'm legimitately too sore to do housework so sitting and creating should be good for me.

Only i have a sore throat and sort of feverish. bah. I need to get moving. Flat out. I think these last two eroticas I'm working on now might be the last for a while. I hate to say it but I think i'm burnt out on sex or at least on stories where sex is the main part of the plot.

I did send out that space opera erotica on 09/09/09 trying to tie into the 'luckiness' (at least by the Chinese way of looking at it). It made it as far as being on an editor's desk. That's where my other erotica is now too. So it's the waiting game. I play it badly. Like checking my email 100 times is going to make it happen. Worse, no publisher is EVER on time with their given estimates.

writing in a vacuum is hard too since without input what are we? Not sure vampires are my original fiction filter's cup of tea (or we're all busy or it sucks...) Maybe i'll get enough of the other erotica done today to put up a piece of i t.

You will note that I have changed my word count goal. I passed my original goal of 100K of original fic in a year and we're not even to nano so I've upped it by 75K. Wish me luck

Stabs customer service

I had to call Dish AGAIN. For over 8 weeks now I've been calling telling them that my local channels do not work. The picture is fine but the sound is like a badly tuned radio. Finally they have the brilliant idea to send out a tech. However, they want to either charge me 50$ for a visit or I could buy for 6$ a month tech service protection.

I said in eight weeks NO ONE has even offered to fix it. Last time you told me locals weren't under your control and that you put in a work order (which obviously you didn't). I'm switching to Direct TV.

The tech will be here tuesday for free. Watch him tell me it's not broken like they did last year when the problem was more intermittent. Remembers to save last night's America's Most Wanted so they can hear how bad it is.

They offered me 3 months free HBO/Showtime and I said no because in three months I'd have to remember to call in and cancel it. no way.
