Did do a little today. Hope people like random crap from Bed Bath and Beyond and Halfprice books... most of my friends declined to tell me what they might want. At least my brother didn't tell me 'nothing' like the last three years when you know damn well he doesn't want nothing. It's not feeling like the holidays. I'm still in shock it's this late in the year!

Didn't think I'd make it there for a while. This makes the TENTH write a novel in a month challenge I've won. Now I have stopped forward progression (expect for a couple undone scenes) and need to go back to the beginning and a) start piecing all the non-linear scenes I wrote for this, b) see what else needs doing and c) start smoothing out a few chapters for beta reading.

Tonight I went to my brother and SiL's with mom and dad to play games. That was fun. I miss having a game night. I love playing games.

Made it Home

Got to stop in Athens with my writers group for the last day of nano. Ate some yummy over priced cheese sticks.

Mom said Kanda is looking for me. If I didn't mention it, I left Kanda with the parents. I'm only back for 2 weeks. I thought it would be less stressful if I left him there. He enjoys their house. So some good vibes that he'll behave himself is appreciated.

I guess my writerly ways today could be called epiphany in a bad way. Hee. I just had the realization that Luc and Arrigo have NO hobbies, no outside interests. So blah on me. Luc used to like to fish and hunt but I'm not sure what he does in Vegas. He likes dancing. I can at least see him not having too many interests. He works too hard and is too poor for much.

Arrigo on the other hand has no excuses. He also likes dancing...ballroom dancing. Thanks for that Arrigo. So anyone want to offer up hobbies a 2000 year old vampire might have indulged in along the way?
