A day of talking to doctors' offices

I saw my knee appt was right in the middle of class at 8 AM and I'm like yeah hells no. I got it moved to the middle of spring break. That's fine. I'll just go home from there in the evening. It was easier than I expected. The hand surgeon's office won't talk to my local ortho take my stitches out even though they ARE in the same hospital system. Eye roll. I changed that appointment too and tomorrow or so I'll call the local ones.

Speaking of stitches, my finger is swollen and very painful. It woke me up in spite of the pain killers. I'm pretty sure washing dishes did it and I have a full sink again. ARGH. I'm going to go get some paper plates to help out as much as I hate to do that. 2 weeks of this in my future. I pulled them bad today, started bleeding under the skin. At least I didn't pop a stitch.

Made bean soup only to find my smoke necks had gone bad that fast. Thank goodness I had one still up in the freezer.

My story yesterday got 40 kudos in a day and I am happy.
