Glad I know Frontier

Because if I had taken off work to be here like they wanted me to (as you're supposed to be here when they're scheduled to come but they text to say they're on their way and I work close by so fuck that nonsense). I would have been insanely pissed off.

I get home. System's still down. I wait until 6, one hour after their last estimated time of arrival. I bring up the chat with Frontier to say where the hell's your tech thinking that they probably didn't TELL the tech to come out (which happens a lot). In the middle of this conversation here comes the text, oh we had an unexpected delay, we'll be there tomorrow 1-5. Like I said if I had taken off work....

And I TOLD them that on the chat (which if you bring up anything negative they just ignore it and keep to the script) they in turn told me there was MAJOR issues, too big to fix in one day with a small staff. So maybe just maybe they'll fucking fix it for real.

I was not the only person who turned up with purple hair today. Ha.

To the writers out there, do you have a newsletter? Do you get any interaction? Did you have a book out before it? I had to put this blog down for one submission because they insisted you had to have an author's webpage to submit and I'm like that's an expense especially when you have nothing to put on it. I found that strange.
