A 1930s movie in a 1930s Art Deco theater
Oct. 21st, 2018 12:12 amI went to the Markay theater to see Frankenstein (1931, Boris Karloff). It was fun seeing it in the theater and it was free. All you have to buy is a snack. So I'm there thinking I have a kernel in my teeth only to realize I lost a quarter of my molar and swallowed it. Pout. Was talking to my brother later in the day, I lost the other quarter of that tooth. OMG.
Hopefully I won't have to wait weeks like last time just to get into the dentist (If so I might find a new one) I will have to have it temporarily fixed but the last time that lasted a couple years. I've already had one crown this year so I can't get another one until January. My teeth better stop falling the fuck out.
It would help if I didn't grind them into oblivion. I wish I could do more to reduce stress but with it looking more and more likely my university is going to fail, I don't think stress is going anywhere but up.
Anyhow I DO love that my little town has stuff like the Markay. That was fun. And I love that we now have a brew pub and a cool place to eat like Arch and Eddies where I was yesterday for a Birthday party.
I think someone doesn't want me to find those Buffy stories. I found two discs from ten years ago but both were corrupted. I will say I'm not too interested in joining the forums etc. They seem SO angry and I don't need that.
