I am willfully avoiding any shoulds and musts today and instead playing Match 3 games, hiking at the other state park on the island (and seeing more swans on the river), and adding another 1225 words to the H50 fic to finish it in draft. Now I'm going to shower, eat, and probably watch TV. Do I feel guilty for shirking my sort-of responsibilities? Nope. I'm on break, damnit! ;-)

that was me on Saturday. Today was all work and still working (though dinner is gonna have to happen at some point). I like your day better

*sympathies* about your day. Mine was shitty for several reasons, too, but also had good parts, including leisure to write about 200 new and uncomplicated words. I'm really enjoying to write such an uncomplicated, undemanding thing for a change. Perhaps I should do this more often?

A day with a lot of interruptions in it, so roughly 1K? (Some computer, some longhand, I don't know how much it was.)

Almost three pages longhand, backing up about four lines from the end of yesterday and continuing from there. It is very possible this scene needs to come earlier than when I am writing it but right now I've given up on things being in sequence and will hammer it out later.
