A Quickie post

I'm feeling a bit better today but man these pills are ripping up my stomach something awful.
Today I took the psychologist's advice and imagined myself doing things.

First thing I did was ask to dump the tubigrip and that was a big relief. I got to lotion up and scratch my skin. Ahhhhh relief.

I walked around my room, sat in the recliner and then went to the PT clinic. I stood for 10 minutes bouncing balls off the rebounder. I nearly took myself out when a ball bounced under the crossbar of the walker and hit my legs (it's very light so it didn't hurt)

I walked 150 feet all the way down the hall and did isometric quad sets all through 15 minutes of e-stim like a boss.

Now everything hurts but I did it. And oh the idiot insurance approved another week here. who knows why. I'm not arguing.

Also now I am TIRED so I'm going to get some rest.

I'm glad you felt better on Monday! Sounds like you accomplished a lot. I'm not surprised everything hurts after that and you're tired. Congrats on getting through all that. I hope you're feeling better today (Tuesday). The insurance company is frelling borked, but yay for another week!

today = overdid it yesterday but that's fine I'm just chilling in my bed catching up on the 1001 things Ihave to do for the end of the semester
