Today was the last of it, the last of the classes. Next week is finals.

As much as I didn't really want to, I went to the winery with L since she seemed like she needed someone to go with her. THey had a warm mulled wine cider thing that was absolutely delicious. We dragged TH along with us and I got a new to me sweet wine for mom and I over the holidays, a black raspberry one.

I am fishing for ideas. Dan has been iffy about Howell and I think it will have more impact if they're friends when he learns about Howell (he has a big secret but he's not a villain/won't betray them) Thoughts on what might bond guys (besides sports)

Day 2 of teas

Adagio - Passionfruit Tango...not a tango. It's mostly lemon grass and nonsense. I don't really like herbals (nor should I have much of it as many of them like chamomile interferes with blood thinners) I mean it wasn't awful but it didn't taste of passionfruit, mostly just a bright citrus note and the lemon grass is so thin it slipped out of the defuser and floated like sadness in my mug


Yawn Brew - Toffee apple - lucky me another herbal. Even seeing chunks of apple in it it tasted like well Adagio's Candy apple, so vaguely like apple and a bit of artificial caramel, again not horrible, kinda good but nothing I'd be running to Yawn Brew to buy.

I almost didn't do my fan recs tonight because my mouse wasn't working but I got mad, slammed it and now it's working. Guess I taught it.

Never had warm mulled wine cider sounds good.

I don't really like herbal teas either. They never taste as good as they sound.

As far as male bonding that doesn't involve sports how about car repair? It would require them to work together for a while out in the driveway. Or even fixing a leaking pipe or some sort of home/office repair that would have them work together just the two of them.

What might bond guys beyond sports, taken from what I've observed: outdoor adventures/activities, pets, tech stuff - either vehicle types and repairs or restoration, or computer hardware/nerding stuff, or house repair/renovation stuff; video gaming/gaming consoles, movies (fan culture)

thanks. Oddly the video games bound Dan and his lady friends (and D&D) b ut Howell's not interested. However, someone else suggested cars and that might work (or at least their longing for them as it's the 80s and most of us didn't get cars in college. mine didn't ALLOW them unless you were a commuter)
