I did a thing...again

cornerofmadnessSo I was a busy bee. I got my knee appt made with the sports med doc (the gatekeeper to the orthopedic surgeon) and their nurse is already you know you're going to need another MRI. Oh yes, I know let's see what my shit insurance is gonna do with that. They wanted me to come today but I couldn't. I'm going friday (i.e. this is a brand new practice and they're desperate for patients. Basically Ohio Health is stretching down from Columbus to Chillicothe. I've been in Chillicothe so much this year I should just live there.
I made an appt for planning my will...and I plan to cancel it tomorrow. I was talking to a few others and it's like I can do legal zoom or something because damn...they want 300/hr. My parents paid 150 for the whole thing like a couple years ago, they redid it in 22 or 23 I can't remember. They have property, houses etc. I have sadness and monopoly money. My 401K already goes to my brother so all I need to do is decide who gets my bank account (which will be emptied by my student loans anyhow) and some of the crap I want to saddle my friends with. I can do that with an online will. Nope, not paying like 600 dollars for this because you KNOW it'll get dragged out into hour two.
I also booked my hotel for the Keystone Steampunk Noir festival in Gettysburg AND I applied to do a panel on Victorian/Edwardian medicine. Let's see if they bite (I need to buy my ticket) I'm excited.
I also wanted to find a new gym because I'm disappointed in the Y. Curves seems to have closed. So that leaves the one next to Kroger. It's TINY but it does have what I need and it is 24/7 access which I WISH the Y had. I talk to this very young manager and make it clear I'm not buying today just looking because I don't know what I'll be allowed to do once I see the sports doc. that worked for me because I about passed out from what this tiny ass gym wanted. You're locked into a full year contract and it's 25$ every two weeks and if you want a trainer (and boy do they want you to have a trainer) it's 500 for 6 weeks of another 30 per every two weeks. Oh hey our trainer went to your University and tells me his name. Ah yes, I TRAINED him. I don't want to commit to a year so I went to the Y and paid them instead.
Can you believe it? My Music Monday journey is at the end of the line with Z bands. Next week we'll do something else. Not too many Z bands either (that I listen to at any rate).
The one I listened to the longest has to be these guys ZZ Top
When I listened to country music more I enjoyed the Zac Brown Band. Also is this filmed in my back yard? These guys looks like every dude down here
I occassionally listen to Ziggy Marley but mostly him singing his dad's song
