Pleather my new nemesis

cornerofmadnessI have several purses and boots that are a mix of pleather and leather. And ALL the pleather is giving up the ghost and peeling apart (including my task chair. Again!) THere was black crap all over the car today and I realized it was the pleather of my purse (which I didn't even realize WAS pleather, the rest is leather or damn well better be at the price of that thing) I had that happen with my other purse but it was just a solitary strip around the zipper that I sat down and totally peeled and you can't really tell but this one is a huge swath. I'm thinking of dissecting this purse and harvesting the side panels and making a cloth/leather combo (not sure I have anything that would sew thru that leather).
Both of my black steampunk boots cannot be saved. Need to toss them. Went hunting for another purse (can't find either of the last two I was using) FINALLY find the one I was looking for (my cloth Jack Skellington one) only to find yet another purse I need to toss too (I need to look to see if this is leather/pleather because I smell a combo coming o n). Note to self you don't do well with pleather (glad I put away the bomber jacket I had on earlier. It was cool, affordable and pleather so I left it)
I opened the mail late today to see PA's EZ pass joins the list of idiots. I got a letter saying they're sending me to collections because my EZ pass doesn't have the money to cover my debts. Um...one yes it does. two you skipped over the step where you BILL ME before sending me to collections. I double check my updated credit card and yes I did in fact put 40$ on it (the smallest amount they'd let me put on) before going to Key City Steampunk in Gettysburg because I knew I'd need it for the PA turnpike (and it's NOT a 56$ trip as I had money still on there). So obviously they're putting it thru on the old deactivated card but god knows why. It's too late to call them and they say call back during business hours without saying what those are.
At Kroger's today someone wanted to know if I could tell them where the pasta was (well it IS Italian Heritage month). I said they moved everything but it's actually in the next aisle over. I KNEW you'd know. You looked like it (I'm standing there in an Angel Dust t-shirt. I'm not sure why I looked like I know my pasta but they weren't wrong)
Funnily enough last monday I had reported a weird dream and here's another. I was at my parent's house in mom's room which honestly looked like a sun room more so than a bed room. I was sitting on the bed and suddenly in one of the windows was this orangish monkey (Like a lion tamarin or howler monkey). I started yelling for Mom to come look and she was putting me off. Soon there were a half dozen or so monkeys in the window and I'm still yelling and mom's still not coming.
The monkeys turn around and press their butts to the window screen and they all start pooping through the windows. Now I'm really yelling and there was no response from mom. Then everything shifts. It's later in the day and the pooped on room is now downstairs and carpeted. My dad, brother and his wife are there now. She mom and I go in the backroom which is very damp, flooded really and a huge mess. Suddenly a black kitten comes out of nowhere and keeps leaping into my arms (I'm failing to catch him) and there are two others including a black one with grey stripes. I can't get rid of the kitten so I carry it in the other room where my dad and brother are discussing how to get monkey poop out of the carpet and that's when I woke up....

I think Imagine Dragons get more hate than they deserve.
Actually not my favorite Bon Jovi song but it brings together two guys I've liked for decades (Jon and LDP)
