Connor - S3 in Quor-Toth Lessons Learned.

Steven listened diligently. There was so much he had to know and the six year old absorbed it like ground after a drought. The nature of the beast, Father called it. Steven had to understand, that when he met Angelus, there would be things that could put him off the path. Father warned him that Angelus could pretend to be good, would offer him things that Steven might want. He couldn’t be fooled by that. Long were the lectures on how to kill a vampire, longer still the ones on Angelus’ own nature. Steven would be ready. He couldn’t wait.
