When I got home from the theatre I got ANOTHER deadbeat loan person call today for someone I've never heard of. I believe my tally is up to 20 people. I'm gonna start keeping record

The theatre will be fun BUT the old building has issues with flooding in the basement (which is uber creepy) so we can't use it this time. Damn since that's where I had all my ideas. AH well, whether I act or just lead people thru (which is way fun since I get to see all the stuff)


School just got worse. I'M writing letters for others. Insert curse of choice. WIsh me luck guys. The Titanic is going down.

Guess what?! Just was contacted by my credit card co - seems someone's stolen my credit card number and been playing retail therapy!!

Fortunately, the card co found out and I'm covered for the expenditures.

I was talking to a coworker about your college going belly up (her husband teaches at Mount St. Mary's in MD, just across the PA-MD border). She mentioned that a friend of hers was an OBGYN but began to have seizures late in life. He could no longer be a OBGYN, so he got a job with an insurance company verifying ailments for pay outs. I thought, maybe you could get a job with a forensics service like that - investigate insurance fraud, audit medical records, etc. Anyway, that's an idea and I wasn't sure it was ever mentioned to you. However, if you prefer to teach - and Lord knows we need better teachers - then I say send resumes everywhere - even if they aren't "hiring" officially (as in, not a posting on their website). You never know. But, whatever you do, I'm here. If you ever need a getaway, gimme a call.

i thought about that to be honest when i was first injured but it had zero appeal to me especially since at the time those people were committing fraud to prove fraud and wrongfully stripped doc's of their practice at best or imprisoned them at worse. (let's hope it's better now)

teaching is weird colleges will not keep resumes. (or else gettysburgh would have mine) . I actually do like teaching. i wish the pay were more

Try Gettysburg again... only because it will be close to me. Ha ha. :D Try Mount St. Mary's, too. My coworkers husband teaches critical thinking and other intellectual/ make you think classes. I would LOVE to take those! :D

I feel that teachers should be paid more. The guy who draws "Pearls Before Swine" has a strip where one character is complaining how a professional sports player earns in three games what a teacher earns in a year. Priorities are so screwed up in this country. People complain about their kids hearing the "F Word" but don't care that the kids are watching a film where two people are trying to kill one another.

no need to apologize. it would pay more than this but i remember getting audited for no reason, for being investigated because i 'billed too many of the same thing' Hello I'm a SPECIALIST, naturally i do the same thing over and over.
