CdH was made by the Chavin people (gasp! I know, I know, but that's how we call them). I believe that eventually that area would be conquered by the Incas, but my Peruvian History is very dusty.

Hm. Well, I'd say that CdH is at least as high as MP (I'm not sure though)
But Chan Chan and some other places (Nazca lines, for example) would be safe.
