Where did the day go?

I got very little done. Some editing. Some gift wrapping at the last minute. And not much else.

I'm sore, like cramps after just walking yesterday. I'm giving it another month and then I'm calling about it. There's slow and then there's this.

ETA - bent forward to reach for a drink and it felt like a knife to the gut right under where the non-healing port is. Yes I'm keeping a very close eye on this.

CVS wants me to throttle them all. They filled all of my scripts without me asking which means I can't fill them here where I am without them canceling it and their system is down....

I know that punching at doctors for the pricing is a favorite but most people don't know we don't set the prices. Like at all. Insurances do. And then they rarely pay them. Case in point right before i left last week I got paperwork from my insurance company trying to push the payment onto comp/accident insurance for a test I had in AUGUST. It was not unusual for me to have to wait 6 months - year to see a dime from an insurance company. Jan-April, I didn't get paid nearly at all because it was deductible time and no one would come. The shit insurance we're moving to? I was seeing payment from them four years after I left Ohio. Sigh.

Cvs always automatically renews my prescription as well even if I am nowhere close to done. I haven't figured out how to turn it off.
