Since right now with my broke ass fridge I don't have milk/eggs so I couldn't make any of the sweets. Was going to make Frutta Martorana (marizpan shaped like fruit) but Kroger was out of it and I'm WAY too lazy to make it by hand. I did make up a batch of suga di zucca because I am too lazy to make pumpkin gnocchi so I'm putting pumpkin sauce over shelf stable potato gnocchi. You can find the recipe I used here. (unless you read Italian, you will need to hit translate)
Got a letter today. My bank has change my routing number. Remember when my job couldn't pay me and my loans couldn't get paid back in April/May and my bank insisted it wasn't them...bullshit. You see my bank bought out my original bank EIGHTEEN years ago and suddenly now they made it a Wesbanco routing number so now I have to go change ALL my credit card payment sites, paypal, Payroll, my student loans, change my checks and they gave me my new routing number. It's my SAME number. OMFG. did you send this to everyone?!? now I need to call them.
And it's NaDruWriNi right? Well I didn't look at the discounted wine when I grabbed it to make my sauce. It was peach/mango yellowtail (I thought I grabbed the pinot grigio) It was like adult kool-aid. I drank a little...turned out it was half the bottle. Oops. off to write.

I love that Vaggie is trying to change her name. I hope that happens. I might be in the minority there.
Love Angel's new outfit and that Cherri is trying to pretend she's unaffected by Pentious
One of the best moments Angel yelling at Husk 'don't say it like that' when Husk says Fat Nuggets is eating his nuts and he actually covers Nuggsy's ears and says he's too innocent. FAT NUGGETS (so I guess he's NOT in the room when Angel is having sex)
Poor Charlie, that's all I'm saying (but I love Lucifer finally stepping up and being there) Am curious why Alastor isn't helping.
Harder Daddy being Angel's signature drink (and life motto) is a great callback to the pilot. And OMG in S3 PLEASE let Arackniss and/or Henroin find out about that (You KNOW I'm putting that in a story)
As for the Vees, YAY for fan theories being confirmed. That Val sometimes calls Vox Voxie and Vox is a CULT LEADER!!! We all called it.
From the teaser we see that Velvette is going to have more screen time and power but she still seems...not that bright in some ways. Val is dumber than a sack of hair and I love seeing the sluttier side of him.
I like that Vox is not a fan of Val beating Angel in public (also called that one)
Tremendously disliked Katie Killjoy in this and that's down to Brandon Rogers because all I could hear was Blitz from Helluva Boss and that was disappointing (though I am wondering is Vox all 'ew' to Katie in particular or women in general. Katie being even more sexually aggressive than Val/Angel isn't a surprise, she is a praying mantis)
E 2 - it's ALL about Pentious.
Yay for a 1 sec Molly cameo (here's hoping that she and Pen end up friends but there's been no announcement of a VA for her so....)

I was not a fan of how Pentious got to hell. He didn't rat out a friend (who just happened to be Jack the Ripper) and that's all it took? Wow, I was expecting more. I'm not even that much of a fan of his human design well the hair. It's bishie boy yes but very un 1880s.
Pentious' deep grief came across well.
If Lute survives, I hope she falls. That would be so interesting.
Okay let's address the music....none of it but one song is interesting (makes me feel better about resisting the vinyl album release). Having more music isn't exactly working for me (okay I'm not a huge musical theater fan) but I think most HH music has two styles, the absolute and important character development bangers like Poison and Loser, Baby and then there's the other stuff that's yeah, music and so what?
The only stand out so far for S2 is Gravity which I've shared before but will again because Damn. Also it has Alex Brightman in the background (he's also Sir Pentious as well as Adam)
